Francisco Serrano is the founder of Roofers Going Digital, a roofing marketing and sales consulting group dedicated to transforming the roofing industry. With over a decade of experience across both the automotive and roofing industries, Pancho combines strategic business insight with digital marketing expertise.
His career began in the automotive sector, where he developed business and consulting skills working with top executives at Nissan and BMW.
Transitioning into commercial roofing sales, Francisco identified a significant gap in how companies were struggling to embrace digital transformation, which inspired him to launch Roofers Going Digital to fill that void.
Today, Francisco partners with industry leaders like Owens Corning, SRS, and GAF and is involved in key associations such as the Roofing Contractor Association of Texas, Houston Area Contractor Association, & others.
He is also a featured speaker at the International Roofing Expo, Latinos en Roofing & Roofing Contractor Magazine.
